This policy explains what information AquíSara collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
AquíSara provides property cleaning and care services across the Costa del Sol. [Legal company name, registration number, and registered address to be added once the business is formally incorporated.]
What we collect
Quote requests: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, property address, area, and the property details you provide (type, size, bedrooms, cleaning needs).
Contact form messages: name, email, optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field.
We don't collect anything beyond what you submit through these two forms — there's no account system, no tracking pixels, and no browsing-behaviour profiling anywhere on this site.
How we use it
Solely to prepare and send you the estimate or reply you asked for, and — if you go on to book — to deliver the service itself. We don't sell, rent, or use your information for advertising, ours or anyone else's.
Who we share it with
One processor, acting only on our instructions, never as an independent controller of your data: Resend (transactional email) delivers your quote/contact request to us and sends you a confirmation. We don't store submissions in a database — they only ever exist as that email. Resend isn't used for marketing.
Cookies
Covered separately in the Cookie Policy — in short, this site currently sets no tracking cookies at all.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to respond to your request and, if applicable, deliver the service you booked — or as long as Spanish/EU law requires records to be kept, whichever is longer.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the information we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
