Areas We Cover
Calahonda
An established expat community that never really stopped growing.
Calahonda has been a settled expat community for long enough that it doesn’t feel like a resort — mostly villas and townhouses, mostly people who’ve lived here for years rather than rented for a week. It skews further toward full-time residents than most of the areas on this list.
That makes it a natural fit for a genuinely recurring plan: the same team returning to the same home on the same schedule, with outdoor areas and general upkeep as much a part of the job as the interior clean itself.
